General Information

The following information is provided to help you have the most relaxed and enjoyable stay as possible.

Office Hours

Daily 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (7.00 pm Friday) May be closed for 1 hour over Lunch Time.

Check In

Caravan and camping sites - 11.00 am. Accommodation – 2.00 pm

If arriving after reception is closed, please advise so arrangements can be made.

Check Out

10.00 am. If you require a late checkout, please contact Reception to request a suitable check out time(subject to availability). Late checkouts are not available in peak periods. Early Departure – leave keys in box at reception.

Extending

If you wish to extend your stay please advise reception ASAP.  We can only guarantee your site up to the date on your receipt as many sites have advanced bookings.

Refunds

Please ensure on check-in that your booking is correct, as refunds are not given for early departure.

Phones

Mobile phone reception is only fair in the area.  Telstra signals appear the best. A pay phone is located outside reception.

Fax

This service is available at reception for a small fee.

Internet

Internet facilities are available in the Internet café.

Mail

Will be held at reception.

Messages

Will be held at reception.  Please check notice board for your site number.  Urgent messages will be delivered.

Power

All powered sites require a 15 amp rated lead.

Water

All tap water is drinkable.  Please conserve water where possible.

Torches

It is suggested that a torch be carried after dusk to prevent personal injury.

Cleaning

The ablutions are cleaned twice daily.  Only one block will be closed at any one time.  If you see yellow chains marking a closed section, please do not enter as chemicals are being used and may be dangerous.

Keys

There are a limited number of keys available for the family and disabled/wheelchair access WC facilities.  Please ask at reception. There is a bond on these keys. 

Emergencies        

Please report to park manager at reception for First Aid station and any emergencies.  Alternatively 000 will relay to local FESA facilities.
