In the event of your booking being cancelled prior to arrival, the following conditions apply: 

• Where a booking is cancelled 30+ days prior to the booking date a refund less a $30.00 or 1 night’s tariff  (whichever is the lesser)  cancellation fee will be made.
• Where a booking is cancelled 14-30 days prior to arrival a 50% refund is applicable
• Where a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, no refund applies.
• Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
• Cancellation of booking must be made in writing.
